ELENA RAMOS, DESIGNER OF A GRAPHIC STYLE RESULTING FROM MIXED PRACTICES : ©FASHION FLEX SCULPTURE
–
Elena Ramos is a contortionist, choreographic and architectural photographer, self-portraitist, and editor in particular of the art and fashion magazine Faust.
The © FASHION FLEX SCULPTURE is a plastic discipline of her invention initiated in 2005 from an original personal perception, the desire to combine her professional skills with her intellectual posture and with the family artistic heritage. This approach consists of a specific interweaving of the aesthetic codes of haute couture styling, choreography and particularly contortion, sculpture, photography and poetry.
The serene positions and expressions of the body, face and hands are characteristic of her universe and of paramount importance in the articulation of her style. The characters embody the uncluttered ideal of being in harmony with body intelligence.
